1. Acceptance
By using armagan3d.com ("the site") or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Our services
ARMAĞAN 3D is an individual venture in Türkiye, not a commercial company or legal entity, and does not issue corporate or fiscal invoices. It offers contract 3D printing, ready designs, custom parts, and cost/quote tools. Scope, pricing, and lead times may change.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your email and password secret and for all activity on your account. Contact us at once if something looks wrong.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are processed at the prices and terms shown in the panel. Payment is by the methods listed on the site (bank transfer/IBAN or a payment provider). Cancel/refund rules for jobs already in production are stated on the order page.
5. Uploaded files
You confirm you own or may use the 3D files you upload for contract print or custom design. Files that infringe others’ IP are not produced.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
